^Wrong.

Acting: Above average.

VFX: A little awkward at times but passable.

Storyline: I personally liked it. It's better then AVATAR. I like that whole 60s-alien-ufo feel it has. Nice touch, but some of the ideas are totally ridiculous.

I don't mean to be rude or anything....
But what about Mutt swinging on the vines with monkey's? I mean... Come on!

Re: Worst movie you've ever seen?

Indiana Jones 4 was actually OK until the UFO]. That ruined it.

Re: Worst movie you've ever seen?

My opinion of 'Indiana Jones 4' is: It COULD have been far worse. Its not nearly as good as 'Indy 2' but its not as bad as 'Star Wars Episode 1'. It mostly remains true to the originals (with some obvious exceptions - but I see why it needed to deviate slightly) and whilst I hated the Mutt character - he wasn't nearly as annoying as a certain other 'comedic' Lucas sidekick...

I never had a problem with the 'Strongest Fridge in the World' scene. Its silly, but not nearly as silly as jumping out of a air-plane with only an inflatable raft to soften your landing in the water. Besides, it gave us the phrase 'Nuking the Fridge' - because 'Jumping the Shark' was becoming outdated! Thanks Spielberg!

The ending was stupid, I agree, but the UFO] isn't really explained or given much screentime - which actually is a good thing since its soon forgotten about. I have to say though: "To the space between spaces" is the stupidest line I have ever heard. Lucas has his brown-coloured fingerprints all over this movie - which I suppose is why a lot of people really hate it.

Disappointing? Yes. Bad? No. Worst movie ever? Definitely not. I can name at least ten movies off the top of my head that I would consider the worst of all time (Manos, Troll 2, Plan 9, Birdemic, anything with the world 'Holocaust' in it, and anything by Selzerberg or The Asylum)

I definitely do not want there to be a 5th one though.

Romeo and Juliet (1996). Everything just seemed so goofy in it, the cars, the acting, the outfits, the way they got away with calling guns swords, the actor choice... I could go on.

YES!! It completely fails to simplify and appeal to a younger audience when the original Shakespeare script is still used! Its script is too highbrow, yet the comedy/visual elements are moronically dumbed down. If you want a modern(ish) retelling of Romeo and Juliet...just watch 'A West Side Story'!!

Its basically if 'Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas' had sex with Kenneth Branagh. A terrible combination that fails on every level....

Re: Worst movie you've ever seen?

Yes the monkeys were lol material.

As for the UFO part, I thought that was a great looking sequence, but it was extremely anti-climactic.

Re: Worst movie you've ever seen?

I kinda liked Indiana Jones 4. Well, actually, all that had to be said has been said by Max Butcher. And what's wrong with the monkeys? Can't he be Tarzan at least once? I bet he won't find a better opportunity to do that again mini/XD.

Re: Worst movie you've ever seen?

My heart fills with hate every-time I see Mutt swinging like Tarzan Boy (HA! AN OBSCURE NON-OBLIGATORY 80'S MUSIC REFERENCE!!) but...its over before its begun. Really - if your judging the entire movie by one little scene...stop watching movies.

Really, its only the Fridge scene, the ending, and the Tarzan Boy scene that people seem to use as criticism. Really, there is nothing particularly wrong with it after that (well, nothing that you wouldn't see in any other Indy movie...)

Re: Worst movie you've ever seen?

Avatar - I don't know, why this movie is so popular. I didn't like it and my eyes were bleeding after watching this.
Gulliver's Travels 3D - To be honest, it totally sucks.
Star Wars: The Clone Wars - It'e even worse than George Lucas's Star Wars prequels.
G-Force, Underdog - I really despise that kind of movies. I actually enjoy some of the old ones, but
the newer ones with cgi mouths are just horrible, in my opinion.
Alvin and The Chipmunks 1 and 2 - Terrible. And the third part is coming soon. I'm not going to watch this.
The Smurfs 3D - Nice way to completely ruin an enjoyable cartoon.

Batman & Robin (1997)

Re: Worst movie you've ever seen?

I really hated The Golden Compass because they left out all the really controversial bits.

Re: Worst movie you've ever seen?

Any of these films made with characters from old television shows or comics (smurfs, Alvin & The Chipmunks, Muppets,...) that throw in modern slang and potty jokes to draw children and use the old characters to draw nostalgia hopeful adults.

Good bump.

Re: Worst movie you've ever seen?

I hated The Spy Next Door. The acting was terrible, and the whole movie in and of itself was corny.

Re: Worst movie you've ever seen?

I agree that Indiana Jones was disappointing, but it could have been worse. The effects were good, but the story was a big let-down.

The worst movie I have seen is "Trolljegeren" (The Troll Hunter), a norwegian movie. It sucked.

I also hate some of the newest Disney movies, like High school musical

Star Wars-Episode II: Attack of the Clones

Bad acting, bad plot. I fell asleep watching it. Worst Star Wars movie ever!

National Treasure

The second one was way better.

The Pink Panther 2

I just didn't understand it.

The Wizard of Oz (1939)

Cheesy acting and costumes, who does MGM think they're kidding.

Harry Potter VII Part II

It looked intresting in the trailer, but it was just a bad ending. (HISHE pointed that out) I guess the moral is, don't judge a film by it's trailer.

All these movies sucked. I just think they could've done a lot better. mini/sad

Have you seen a big-chinned boy?

Technically there wasn't a UFO. It was identified, unless Indy, for some reason, couldn't figure out that it was an alien spacecraft.

The worst movie that I've ever seen is either Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, G Force, or Transformers 2. If I had to choose one, I would probably choose Transformers 2.
