I hope everyone is having an egg-cellent day!
I'm having a mighty fine day without eggs thank you very much.

What? You don't like eggs? Not even scrambled or deviled? How could you?

Eggs are a curse to this holiday. Eggs are fine any other day but today, but otherwise I hate them right now.
BTW I had eggs for breakfast.
I watched clips of the CGI Peanuts film. I hate most CGI animated films. I have to say that I actually love what I saw. It has the feel of traditionally-animated Charlie Brown. Another thing I love about it is how faithful what I saw is to Schulz's vision of his Peanuts.

They're rebooting Batman next year, technically, and Spider-Man's getting an even faster reboot. Ugly. (and this is from someone who loves superhero movies)
Also, I refute the claim that Interstellar is 2001: A Space Odyssey. They're wildly different in terms of content, style and direction.
I know, Spider-man is my Favorite Superhero. I just like the Original 2002 Movie and the Sequels.
April is Autism Awareness Month.]
For those of you who don't know, I was diagnosed with autism when I was very little. Posts on Facebook and Instagram about people who have autism have reminded me that I really do not have it as bad. I know too many people who can't talk clearly, and rock and moan uncontrollably. And I have read, in magazines, about people who have been able to be "undiagnosed". Let's just say, I'm somewhere in the middle.
However, I've been able to live with it. I am able to attend public school. I am able to speak in English, and any speech impediments or stuttering that I used to have died away. I can understand how some of you might be a little surprised that I am autistic, and that's because I really don't have severe levels of autism. But, I am still autistic.
Too often have I used autism as an excuse for my behavior in the past. And, too often have I taken my ability to speak clearly for granted. But, reading these stories about people who cannot communicate, and have other uncontrollable symptoms have taught me something. I need to be grateful for who I am and what I have. And I encourage you all to do just the same. If you don't have autism, be glad that you can communicate clearly, and that you have control over what you do. If you do have autism, but like me, you don't have high levels of autism, realize (like I did) that you really don't have it all that bad. And if you do have severe autism, or know someone who has severe autism, or if you used to know someone with severe levels of autism, help them out, be kinder and more patient with them, and remember what month this is.
This is April. And, April is Autism Awareness Month.]

Good for you Mickey to be open about this topic and encouraging others to be aware.
ENOUGH REBOOTS!

Only in the comics though.
I'm actually really pumped for Secret Wars. Avengers/New Avengers has been building up to it for about two years, and considering the amazing craziness of everything that's happened...
The Beyonders reveal, Doctor Strange and the Black Priests (which are terrifying), Namor's Cabal, the mroal dilemma of the anti-matter bombs, etc
...I'm really excited for it.
I'm slightly annoyed since it means that most of my comic book knowledge is potentially going to be incorrect.
Except for X-Men Movie related stories. (Yay for Age of Apocalypse!)

None of it's incorrect; the fact they're making a big story of the reboot means it's still all one continuity anyway, just as Flashpoint brought in the New 52 for DC.
They are ending the ultimate marvel line...
I don't know how to feel about that.
I hope they continue writing Miles Morales stories...
Keep Brian Michael Bendis Marvel.

Bro you know that one of the things this universe reboot's gonna do is place all the good stuff from the Ultimate Universe into the main universe with everything else? So the great stuff from the Ultimate comics like Miles Morales and... umm... Miles Morales will all continue on, and with greater importance than before.
I think it's gonna be pretty cool. While I was always a huge fan of Marvel keeping their continuity rock solid for like 70 years, I think it'd open the doors for some cool new ideas and stories.

Are you sure? I heard they're going to redo stuff like the Dark Phoenix Saga and Civil War in this new world.
Guys, the artist behind Lackadaisy quit her job to make more cat comics, with greater regularity. Exciting stuff for those of us who plastered the forum with cat avatars a few years ago.
Cats... ugh. The "my little pony" phase was one thing, but come on.
Note:I don't really have a problem with either.

I write fan fiction. It's a sequel to the spectacular Spider-Man series that was cancelled in 2009. I written 6 chapters so far, currently working on chapter 7-9 all at once so I released them weekly.
