Same.

If I can pull this off, it will be like 100x bigger than anything I have made before.
Hopefully I can mini/smile

Re: BiM 2011: TOY [CLOSED]

Nevermind, my idea wasn't actually what I thought it could be. Trying to think of a different historical thing to make a film about.

My original idea was to do something about the Mary Celeste.

Re: BiM 2011: TOY [CLOSED]

I'm making one about a guy trying to create a time machine so he can prevent the assassination of Archduke Frans-Ferdiland, thus preventing World War 1, World War 2, The Cold War etc.

Emphasis on 'trying'. I'm slipping a few gags in, but its mostly fairly serious dealing with issues of war, peace, change through war, and if the future is already written or not - hence the title 'Written/Unwritten'

Re: BiM 2011: TOY [CLOSED]

I am making an entry about Arthur who was chosen to hunt down something (thinking about a Beast of a Dark Lord) that destroyed their city to pain.

Re: BiM 2011: TOY [CLOSED]

Mine involves time-travel.

Yep, same here. I've animated plenty of short films in the past, but I'd say that hopefully all going well my entry should be just stretching the 10 Minute time length. I just hope I'm not setting myself up for an overly ambitious project.

By the way, I'm creating a film using Egyptian mythology, does that stray too far away from actual history? I'm guessing not, but I'd like to be sure before I start scripting, etc.

I'll be back animating soon! Exams and computer faults are keeping me away </3
