Whether there's narration in your movie or not is entirely up to you, the filmmaker. There's no requirement either way.

That's the truest thing I've heard on BiM. I agree, Harry. It's up to the animator. Whether it'll suck or it not. It's up to him. mini/lol

Re: BiM 2011: TOY [CLOSED]

Can we use other toys instead of LEGO. Like I have a playmobile set that I could use. Would that count?

Hehe, was this a joke?

I'm not trying to be rude or anything, I just thought it seemed a little too ironic that someone called 'one man show' would be looking for a partner to produce a film.

Each entry you submit must:

  • Use LEGO or similar building toys as primary elements.

In other words, you could use Playmobil parts, but you couldn't make the whole movie using just Playmobil.

I need to get studyin' on my subject. I've got months to make it so I can take it easy.

Re: BiM 2011: TOY [CLOSED]

I have two ideas, but I can't decide wich one should be done. So I'll probably try to work on both (bad idea).

Do we need partners for TOY?

No ZP.

Re: BiM 2011: TOY [CLOSED]

I'm entering for defo. I finished reading a history book of everything early this year, it took me a year to read. I have a number of historic moments floating around in my mind now, I'll get scripting soon, even if the deadline is ages away. Nichtgedreht would have done well with their "Go! Go! Minimen" film.

I'll be back animating soon! Exams and computer faults are keeping me away </3

Everything, eh? Must have been quite an extensive book.

Re: BiM 2011: TOY [CLOSED]

T'was. It's exact name is "What on Earth Happened?" by Christopher Lloyd. I advise it to all.

Do I really have to make a group called "The People who are against other people saying Legos and not LEGO!"
It is still LEGO no matter if it's plural or singular.

Anyway. I am thinking about something right now. I really want a narrator cause that would give a different effect on it.

Re: BiM 2011: TOY [CLOSED]

Oh people quoting people on grammar. 3=

Anyway, can we take a story out of context. Maybe even turn it into a parody?

Parodies are fine, I'm sure. What do you mean 'out of context'?
