I'd like to think that this site operates under Lion Pride rules.

Smeagol and Jason must fight to the death.  The victor gets territory and mating rights.

How can you tell?

The real Jason has good grammar and wouldn't be so eager to prove his identity.

Re: Reviving Brickfilms.com

I honestly cannot tell if you're being sarcastic or not.

You're that good at it.

Re: Reviving Brickfilms.com

Ok, what I want to know is this: Are were merging the sites or are we "reviving" the sites? Be careful on your wording.

So yeah, I'm back from my mind.

Re: Reviving Brickfilms.com

I'm reading it as suggesting that Brickfilms.com's link goes to us.

Re: Reviving Brickfilms.com

I think RevMen would know best, also to me it seems like you are a impersonator. I'm sorry if I am wrong Jason, that's just what it seems like.

Re: Reviving Brickfilms.com

I'm not being sarcastic.  Someone's just trying to wind you guys up.

Re: Reviving Brickfilms.com

Ha ha Josh you're great.  Did my grammar deteriorate over the years?

Anyway, this is not really about me.  Call it an ego indulgence that I don't want Brickfilms.com to die after all the press we got.   Let's not call me Jason Rowoldt but rather the Director of the Board of ROCO Consulting. Let's call me Jay Silver.   Whatever happened to him anyway?  He was a great artist.  (hint: Google Jason Rowoldt LinkedIn).

Re: Reviving Brickfilms.com

I'm just sitting here watching The Simpsons and iPadding anyway.  This will be fun!  RevMen, let's do a "shoot the doppleganger" game.  Ask me a question only Jason would know.

Lechnology, that's what I had in mind.

Re: Reviving Brickfilms.com

Yeah, he's fake.

Re: Reviving Brickfilms.com

The problem with asking someone something only they would know is that if you knew the answer to the question that only they should know the answer to, then you didn't ask them a question something only they would know.

Re: Reviving Brickfilms.com

Alright, Jason, I have a question only you would know:

One time I asked you to voiceact in Meatsauce Episode 3. What was the role, and the one line of dialogue you would've had?

Re: Reviving Brickfilms.com

My Problems:
1) I'm pretty sure "Jason" is an imposter.

2) If "Jason" is really Jason, and all this is legit, I'm nervous about sh@# happening. There's a possibility of all the bad things of BF.com         2.0 infecting this perfectly decent site. I don't want to give TaaB (or whoever owns that site now) that opportunity.

3) Did I mention I think "Jason" is a fake?

Re: Reviving Brickfilms.com

Really, I'm perfectly happy with this site. It would be nice to get the logo, trademark, and domain name back - but I'm all for a merge rather than having to move back.

But I dont think its ever going to happen....

Re: Reviving Brickfilms.com

The IP is coming from the Washington DC area, you know I'd compare it with the IP on Brickfilms but it seems none of them were tracked (wut)

EDIT: The hostmasks from BF are the same as the IP provided on this site, Jason is looking to be fairly genuine here

Re: Reviving Brickfilms.com

I for one would like to see Brickfilms.com returned to it's old glory, perhaps this site could be converted to the classic Brickfilms theme and the site name changed to Brickfilms.com

Re: Reviving Brickfilms.com

I, for one, would also like to see a revival in Brickfilms.com. While it is hasty to have two accounts on simalar sites, Brickfilms would be the dominant site (Films, Resources, Contests, etc.), therefore, it would then be the community. Although, if TaaB somehow decides to give up the site and the domain, I would have to ask the question of who would be the new sit Admin? I'm not sure if Smeagol (Not sure how he get's that accent on his 'e's') would resume his position, or if it were to be someone else with experience. Besides that, I have no concerns on switching over to BF.com.

Re: Reviving Brickfilms.com

Yeah, but also it would be good to make the site easier to use like bricksinmotion.com and also bring it up to date visual wise and ease of use wise. I'd be ok just as long as no one muffs it.
