I later went on his channel to see that he also stole my background!

He spelled Tabasco sauce Tobasco and Tutorial totoriol
I left a comment asking him politely to remove the background but he claims that I didn't make it and that he found it on google. Ugh, I have a feeling that this could develop into a problem.
VN, you can file a copyright complaint for a background image the same way as a video and YouTube will remove it. Just specify the account and explain that you made the BG image for your youtube account, then follow the same procedures you would for reporting a video.
