I think YouTube it's self is a real jerk for getting rid of all the best videos because they have copyrighted stuff in them.
One man's real jerk is another man's lawsuit magnet.
I got 3 of my videos deleted by the youtube company cause they had music that a billion other people use in videos but when they see me use them, boom, instant deletion.
I am attempting to fix the situation, but YouTube's help is frustrating. Why don't they have a simple email set up for help!? I would appreciate it if you guys help by also contacting YouTube about this situation.

If such a thing was possible, I would be glad to. But I've got no idea how; believe me, I've been trying to contact them ever since my video was removed (would someone mind telling me why a video of the TNG cast driving along in a Chevy Impala with Bleach music in the background is deemed 'inappropriate'?)

Some people have been saying it's "NathanWel1s" or "NathanWelis" I've finally been able to figure out that it's "NathanWelis" and therefore have been able to go through the proper steps with the Help and Safety Tool.

Not only has this person "borrowed" my studio name and a similar logo, but he has blatantly stolen Philip's background image.
Also, he has claimed "The Rescue" and the LEGO Monty Python movie as his own.
Now, I know I have no legal right to my studio name, but I can still accuse him of impersonating me. Philip can also contact YouTube about the stolen image, and everyone can flag the stolen videos.

I would take the second one as a compliment. Personally I like being on someones fan-channel, er, thing.
One brick studios, you say? Didn't he close his account a long time ago? Or can you re-open closed accounts now?
I know him. I tried to help him become a better brickfilmer and he closed onebrickstudios and opened up zoot107. (Does that ring a bell?) In fact, he even signed up on the Refugee Camp under the name Timelord14.
