Re: The Movie Poster Thread [Large Images]
I don't like the space image you put there, it doesn't match the style with the ship and the text. However, it looks really interesting.

Looks good, Antonio. ![]()
My one criticism is that the same font is used throughout. Maybe for some of the smaller text use a variant font or at least italicize it. And I'm not sure of the reason for the blue color scheme. But other than that I think it looks great! :#
That spaceship looks cool.
The graphic style of the spaceship reminds me of Borderlands.
Dat poster looks awesome! Looks both intriguing and scary!

Maybe....
all I can say is that the script was pretty much epic so I'm definitely looking forward to the film. I'll be waiting for the lines ![]()
Not gonna lie... "follow your bliss" makes me think of chocolate advertisements targeting middle-aged women.
The actual picture is neat though, and the font works well.

It's a quote from Joseph Campbell. I'd argue the implications are profound and philosophical. I don't agree with Campbell's philosophy entirely, though, and that's sort of relevant to the film. I suppose it might sound like a corny Hallmark slogan if you don't have that context, though.
Yeah, I'm not at all familiar with Campbell.
I didn't think of silly chocolates until squash mentioned it... Now I cannot unsee
(Your best bet is to never ever mention that again and you will be ok.)
Actually with the font you've got it's anything but Dovey. ![]()
K in between production of my big project The Marianna I will also be working on other projects as well.
Up next The Adventures of Tripp Connors and The Golden Dinosaur.

Looks great, Antonio! A few things, though. The background pic looks a little grainy (if that isn't the right word, than "watery" sounds more appropriate), especially towards the plants above the pillar on the left. "The Adventures of" in the title is a bit overused. You sort of hear that everywhere. Maybe, it should just be "Tripp Connors". After all, it isn't called "The Adventures of Indiana Jones" or "The Adventures of James Bond". I'm just putting it out there. The way the minifigs look is good, too. And the special effects (and the way you put that skeleton on there) look really cool. I'm excited about this brickfilm's release, as well as The Marriana.
I will pass your praises on to my friend who makes my posters for me.
He loves to hear feedback like this, thanks.
As for the title The Adventures OF just call me old school LOL.
Really looking forward to doing Tripp's second adventure, he has become one of my personal favorites.
Thanks for the kind words.
Oooh, that looks swell!
