Good frame, filmyguy. But, who's the (sorta blurred) guy in the cape to the back.
Heeeck yeah, son.
Glad you like it!
The image quality is a lot better, filmyguy, but the framing on that shot is super-awkward.
I'd agree about the awkward framing.
Where on earth do you live and what do they teach you about America?!
I just like making ridiculously exaggerated American jokes. xD
Technically speaking I am American. However, I go against just about every single American stereotype and norm. Many Americans have even said that I'm not American or assume that I'm a foreigner.
I would expect alot better camera quality, surely, but otherwise nice.
The sky looks so nice.
The sky looks so nice.
Forget the sky! The entire scene looks wonderful. Can't wait for this film.
EDIT: No, actually don't forget the sky. That's one of the main reasons why the scene looks nice.
I'd agree about the awkward framing.

I know where you're coming from. Happens to me, too. I was joking.

Sky looks good, RappellingSpider, but the colours don't match with the foreground. Try covering your main light with a purple gel.
This is just a guess but i think thats supposed to be light from fireworks?
@ JP: I think it could do with some colour correction and it's a bit crooked. I'm a big fan of tilted camera angles, but the slightness of it just looks somewhat awkward. The depth looks nice, though.

Thanks for the feedback first of all! Second, we still need to work on the post-production aspects of the frame. Third, I completely agree with you on the angle; we were experimenting with some new cinematic aspects...This angle didn't quite turn out as well as I thought that it would. ![]()

It could be better, I'll change up the color a bit and see what I can do to make it look better.
As for the angle, I didn't see the tilt until after I was done, I might be able to straighten it out in editing. I can't redo it since I'm on a seriously tight shooting schedule (I actually have something like schedule now lol).
Also, I started noticing the footage was looking a little interlacy so I went ahead and put on a de-interlace filter on it and made it look a lot better. I'll show you guys an updated version once I edit all the effects onto it. Thanks for responding, dudes. ![]()
Nice. I like the car/vehicle interior. Is that a green screen?
