This is one of my favourites brickfilms ever. It totally blew me away!

I believe that was CGI. I don't know how he made it spinning, though.
Either in a Lego designing program or in a CGI program in which he imported the model from a Lego designing program.
You could do this (crudely probably) even in LDD (by making screenshots while turning your model) but I doubt that the increments you can do will be small enough.
LDD screenshots are pre-keyed.

So, I am at a Quiz Bowl camp, and there was a question on this song, and the only reason I got it was because of your video. So thank you for that.
Also, thank you for making such an amazing video. It was epic epic epic epic epic! I didn't really know what was going on because I didn't pay attention to the lyrics but this was simpy stunning. Kudos to you.
