Can anybody (especially Smeagol) answer? ![]()
Wait, it keeps putting "anypony" instead of "anybody"

This pony might have your answer. Films are reviewed whenever someone on the review panel decides to review them, so there's no real set schedule. Because the panel has been having trouble handling the large amount of films they receive (we have around 500 films in the queue), we're looking into a different system for reviewing films. If you submit now, there's really no telling when your film will be reviewed. Not for a few months, I'm almost positive. Still, don't let that discourage you from submitting; given time, all films will be reviewed.
I understand it takes a while, but it's pretty sad that no 2011 films have been reviewed.
And it's half way through the year.
The film review queue is overrun. The review panel can't keep up with it no matter how many reviewers we add, and I'm reluctant to add reviewers who aren't very good writers. We're in the process of discussing how we can rework this so that we can keep up with the demand, it'll ultimately probably mean writing less reviews on the whole.
Less reviews?
Less than now? Lol.
How about you just put good films in the reccomended category as usual, but only a written review on exceptional films..?
I personally recommend that you recommend Egyptian Holiday, and The Profession, at least. Those are pretty great. ![]()
Of course they'd get in the recommend section, ANP.
I think each reviewer shoud have a quota that Smeagol sets (since Noodle isn't a reviewer anymore), if one isn't in place already.
I wish I could do that.
Hold your horses LegoStickFigs, Smeagol and the gang are working on it.
Same with me, sign me up as a reviewer for a bit if you need some help.
If you guys need another temporary reviewer, I can help as well
I'll help too, until you can figure out a better system.
You say that because you don't understand the time it would take.
100 in a week? Fat chance. A more realistic goal would be 10.
