We came up with a new idea this week. JP 1 is still currently scripting at the moment, although we finally bought a new camera. It's only temporary though, because my parents insist that they're getting either me or my brother a DSLR of some sort. This should also be our first film with facial animation as well.

EDIT: Darn it! My brother beat me to post the update.

i got an idea that starts off in the 50s and then it goes back to a flashback in 1943 and its got soldiers, nazis and a real good twist at the end:D

That film of yours was were I first heard that song from. I really liked that music and I later found it on Incompetech. That was a good film, by the way.

I've got a western I started scripting like sometime in October or something. I just finished the script and a lot of storyboarding(over 100 pics. mini/XD) and have started filming. I have a page in the production forum if you wanna check it out. I think I'll make a poster for you guys to see in my sig sometime. By the way, I'm going to need some voice actors eventually. mini/tongue A few characters need voices.

The monks idea seems to have more of a story to it, or at least an easier one to make up.

LegOpinions, I think the monk idea sounds really interesting.

I have started to put the final touches on my script, and I am starting to assemble the set. I have never worked with such a large set before, so this will be interesting.

I'm now planning on doing a 2 minute-or-so film about The Alaskan Gold Rush! mini/bigsmile

I like this idea a bit more than the black plague since it lets me be a bit more loose with how the people dress and act.  Animating lots of minifigs scrambling to find gold seemed quite appealing too. mini/smile
