I would say yes, but just having a LEGO Castle setting doesn't really qualify something as historical.  It'd probably be more likely to do well in judging of the theme use if there is some direct connection to real events / people / places.

If that's so, then I have to make another type of film because I was planning to make a gladiator film. mini/sad

Can we do something like WWII stories, like famous battles narrated, or do we have to even narrate?

Yes. I will enter for sure. Be happy. Be very happy.

Don't bother being afraid. If I get higher than 10th place I will gnaw my arms off in disbelief.

I do not care about your opinion, unless it has to do with it needing more ponies.

Re: BiM 2011: TOY [CLOSED]

WWII, wars, etc. are fine.  Though it would be good to avoid really gory/bloody violence and that sort of thing.

Just re-stating a tip that Smeagol gave a page or two back: the discussion thread shouldn't be used as a chatroom, as it's a bit annoying. mini/wink

Re: BiM 2011: TOY [CLOSED]

I make my films using iStopMotion Pro DEMO so I need Dragon Stop Motion desperately. This I will try to win.

I am a Brickfilmer that wants to succeed in becoming a director and maybe own an animation studio.
