Hey BrikStudio1 productions, welcome to Bricksinmotion!
No, it's not a contest at midnight, it's basically a contest that runs from a certain time (since you're in Sweden it starts at 1:00PM) on Saturday the 3rd of January until the same time (1:00PM) the following day (Sunday).
You don't start it at 1AM, you start it at 1PM during the day, until 1PM the next day (that is if you want to stay up 24 hours and need more time).
The second the contest starts I'll be putting a thread up in a forum, hoping Sméagol or Night Owl will be able to move it in this forum, called "THAC 6 Starts NOW!" and it will include the mod element and them etc.

Download the free programs like Virtual Dub or Super.

You may have to run footage through a compressor a few times to make it 3mb per minute. You will also need hosting such as youtube, if you hostbrickmovies work( 
), or any other private website. You can also Email or Chat with a friend to obtain a source of hosting.

Can we simply upload the entry to youtube and only make it viewable for the appropriate people? (judges).
You can't host it on YouTube, even on Private, because it's too public.

3. You may also upload a version to youtube.com or dailymotion.com or something similar, once you do have a Realvideo, Quicktime or DivX file.
As taken from the first post and based on THACs I, II, III, and IV the film can be uploaded to youtube or anywhere public. THAC V wasn't qualified for Youtube accounts because it was over a week long. This one will only be 24 hours. Different host.
Well, in THAC 5B, we could only upload it at the end of the 24 hours. I'm not sure exactly why. Probably for the same reason that you can only upload your big Brickfilms.com contest entries on or after the deadline.
Can't wait! This is my first THAC aswell!

This is hard to understand. So shud i upload the movie on youtube and then do a link to the forum?
What most people do is that they first upload a downloadable file before the deadline, and then, after the deadline, they upload it to youtube
But how do i upload videos on bricksinmotion.com?
you dont upload it directly to BiM(at least not yet ), you upload it to a website that does that, and then make a link to where you can download it
So can i upload it and make a link to this forum?
