Correction. They weren't allowed as mods in BRAWL.

I'm trying to make sure that people don't get confused.
It's appropriate with the amount of newcomers that are entering THAC this year.
Ok i'm going to ask my family if i can enter
also whene THAC starts is that when we ask for voice actors or before the contest start's

You really can't allow hands as a mod element. The main reason for the mod element is to prevent people using existing footage they have shot already. So if a hand was allowed then anyone could use basically any clip/footage they had not previously released. It would be too much of an advantage.
Everyone gets the mod element info at the same time and we all start with a clean sheet that is the concept.
So no I doubt very much that a hand would be allowed as a mod element.
I love to look for the MOD in THAC films. When it is a simple hand there is nothing to look for. With only Tiles, Built Designs, Build Colors, or any other printed designs the MOD is much harder to place which makes THAC so enjoyable. I just thought this was something to consider going along with what Si has stated.

I will be busy but I might have sime time.
I think that what ever the mod letter's are,I'll print it to a torso decal and stick it onto one of my main characters 
I'm probably going to have to do mostly my own voices this year....
What if someone completed their film, but lost a internet connection and is unable to upload the film... Would they be disqualified?

If that happens to me, I would run to my friends place or I would drive to work, or in an internet cafe, but 23h of work ruined by a broken Inet connection would suck as hell!

I figured my stuff would be shipped by the end of the week but..nope.Oh well i can't wait to see the entrys.:)

5MB per minute seems very small, the quality would be horrible. Anyway we can change that rule?
