5MB per minute seems very small, the quality would be horrible. Anyway we can change that rule?
It was 3MB and I changed that so no. But you only have to put one version of the 5 per min for me. You can do other HQ versions too.
Can you use a set you already have, or do you have to make a new set?

You have been allowed to use old sets in previous THACs.
As usual, i'll piss you all off by doing all of the voices myself. My entry wil most likely be only 30 seconds to a minute. Maybe longer if I actually try this year. I guess making films in 24 hours is hard for me.

Stevie do you have a backup plan if you should not be able to post the rules. I've heard about THAC III.
