I like the first hair best.

I like the first hair best.
I think the first hair works best.
Besides it just generally looking better, I think the hair printed on the forehead matches with the messier one better and the strip where the printing has worn off can't be seen. Plus it just goes better with the face, in my opinion.
I think you should definitely go with the first choice of hair.
First one for sure.
The first one.
I think the second one is better, no matter how much i like the first hairpiece myself...
New batch of figs.
This is the Keeper of the Parliament of Entrances, form the BFCU Interactive Adventure. He's a bit loco but wise, and he can't leave the Parliament of Entrances, even in an emergency. The other figure is Arlen, the adventure's protagonist, wearing pajamas and holding his teddy bear, Pandy. And yes, he's a bit old to be having a teddy bear.
I'm going to start work on La Conquista II soon and the character on the left is a new character, G'Rill. He can turn into a giant gorilla (I'm going to buy the Chima gorilla legend beast on Monday, hopefully) and makes his home in rainforests across the world (not just Africa). He currently lives near Angel Falls, Venezuela.
The other figure is the Conquistador. I need help coming up with an actual name for him! He's now trying to find his way back to his Spanish galleon, hoping to intercept his comrades on their voyage north. I ditched the helmet as I kept moving it accidentally all throughout the first film, and I think the Frodo hair works quite well.
Black Panther, from the Marvel U. I desparately want to do a Marvel or a DC animation soon.
Finally, Numitor AKA the Fire King. He's the enemy of the Illyrion elves, who I posted a couple of weeks ago. He uses his magic to control fire and heat.
Ooooh! I really like the combination on the fire king!
Those are sweet! May I ask what camera you are using?
So I saw the 'How To Build' on Megaman and made a few adjustments (partially to compensate for my own pieces)
All pure LEGO, no tack or glue or anything. Really impractical for Brickfilming, but oh well.
Lol that megaman freaks me out
Man, finding a decent face for a Weeping Angel is hard. I think this face works really well, however it did take a little bit of non-purist work. ( ) How does it look?
Sorry if the photos aren't all that great, I didn't take a whole lot of time to set anything up to make it look fancy. I might do a little more work to remove some lines that I don't really want, such as the vertical ones beside the mouth. Also, and I'm not really wanting to go this route, but a Weeping Angel doesn't have any pupils, so I probably should get rid of them, but I don't think it ruins the look too much. Should I?
That's pretty dead on, bravo! What was the original face?
The pupils do help direct the line of sight so we know exactly where the angel is looking. Removing them might cause those big eyes to lose their focus. Maybe you should try removing them digitally to see how it looks before committing to the plastic.
I think the mouth is perfect, but the eyes look off to me. They look too much like animal eyes and are too far apart.
Just curious, are all the bricks dark grey? Or are the head/hair bricks different colours?
That was Creepy It looked great!
Thanks, guys! I actually took the face from one of the Chima wolves, Wakz and used steel wool and a tiny bit of really fine sandpaper to scrub off the wolfy parts, mainly the nose. All the bricks are dark grey besides the hair, though I'm ordering that in dark grey.
I'll see how it looks removing the pupils digitally, but I think that's something that really adds to the Weeping Angles - not being able to see what their line of focus is due to a lack of eyes.
So, your entire set is dark grey? If so I would just use after affects (or another program) to make the entire film grey. It's cool to do that. Hope to see your film soon!
