Dude, you didn't take off the glasses? I thought that was the whole point of the clip!
Also the animation was choppy, and the framing of the camera was terrible.

Framing of the camera, does that mean the quality of the camera frame?
If so, I am really trying to get my camera to do a better job for me, I posted a forum about it.

Framing probably isn't a very good word to use, by framing I mean camera placement.
I actually didn't think the camera quality was that bad to be honest, but it always could look better.
But yeah, just do loads of tests to get your animation smoother. Doing tests helped me out a lot.
btw, you can totally find that head without the glasses in the policeman sets. 
Well yesterday I started doing tests, and I'm trying to do them daily.
