Framing probably isn't a very good word to use, by framing I mean camera placement. 
I actually didn't think the camera quality was that bad to be honest, but it always could look better. 
But yeah, just do loads of tests to get your animation smoother. Doing tests helped me out a lot.
btw, you can totally find that head without the glasses in the policeman sets. ;)]]></description>
