Topic: Jango Fett, the brickfilm

Jango Fett will follow Jango as he goes on a mission for General Grievous. Here I will be posting photos and updates for the video which, I am looking at, a 3-6 minuet brickfilm.

Re: Jango Fett, the brickfilm

Seems like an interesting idea. Can I ask who is voicing for Jango Fett?

Well, there won't be really anyone talking. So if he does it will be me. But the video will be more of a action/shoot out video.

Re: Jango Fett, the brickfilm

Very nice idea, when you say that, it makes me think that you pay homage to Genndy Tartakovsky's micro clone wars series, where it was all action, no talk!

Funny you say that, that was a somewhat inspiration for me to do it this way.:)

Re: Jango Fett, the brickfilm

What you've got there, Galactic, is a really nice frame. I hope the rest of the video turns out just as well! Just make sure you work out a good plot, so it isn't just a random shoot-out. mini/smile

Thanks. Yes I do have a plot, and I may end this one in a cliff hanger and do another one. mini/smile

Re: Jango Fett, the brickfilm

How can jango fett go on a mission for grevious, if jango died I'm the arena? Unless it takes place before episode two.

This goes as far back as before Ep 1. So Jango and Grievous would still be alive, but I may change Grievous to a different person.

Plot-twist, maybe mini/wink If I remember correctly in the old comics, there was once a many occasion on when these two characters met. Also, if Grievous is in his cyborg suit then it makes sense, as the General was put into the suit years before Episode 1.

Re: Jango Fett, the brickfilm

I don't know the exact timeline of when General Grevious because what he is, but it was a good while before Revenge of the Sith.  San Hill (of the Intergalactic Banking Clan) arranged the shuttle crash in which the Kaleesh Warlord was critically injured, the only way Grevious could survive was to be turned into a cyborg.  The entire thing was orchestrated by Palpatine and Grevious became General of the droid army and hunted Jedi for sport, after being trained by Count Dooku in the use of a lightsaber.

So Jango Fett could easily have been on a mission for General Grevious, I believe that a young Boba Fett ran into him a few times in the childrens Boba Fett book series, I don't recall if he ever mentioned Jango.  Anyway, that should be just fine.  This is looking pretty interesting!

Your In the Air frame looks a bit 'squished' though, the framing is a bit odd with Jango's feet barely out of the frame and same with his helmet.  I'd have maybe pulled the camera out a bit so he's entirely in the frame or in and more toward his face but that may just be me.
Also, assuming he's flying and the camera is moving at the same time, it may be perfectly fine once it's all seen.

Re: Jango Fett, the brickfilm

Yes the camera is moving while he is in flight. I just got the Revenge of the Sith soundtrack today and will be using it in the video. mini/bigsmile
