Re: First stopmotion clip

The animation was good, it just needed to be sped up. What fps was this?
Also I suggest you look at this thread here, A Beginner's Guide to Bricks In Motion

Re: First stopmotion clip

I don't know precisely how many fps it is, because they change during the clip. At the beginning it's 6, then it's 8 when they're walking and at the end it's 5. But I wonder if I speed up, it seems like they're running, not walking. Any suggestion? Thank you for your help, and one more question: I've read the thread, but I haven't figured out exactly in which section of the forum I should put videos like that one. I thank you again for your kindess.

Re: First stopmotion clip

You have it in the right place, since this is a WIP/test. What program do you use?

Re: First stopmotion clip

I've used imovie, can you advise some better programs? Possibly freeware? And if I make a movie which is not a test and it's finished, in which section should I put it? Thanks

Welcome to BiM, Yekino! The link is a good free stop-motion program - the one that I use.
To answer your question, if you make a longer movie, you would submit it to the Releases Forum. mini/wink

Re: First stopmotion clip

Monkey Jam is a great program. 15 Frames Per Second is usually the most common, 12FPS is normally the lowest used for a good smooth animation. With Monkey Jam either can be achieved, so I suggest you check it out.
