Yes, it's smooth. But I don't get what was going on. A guy touched a shovel to something and it dissapeared?
You've posted for some Feedback so here we go.
The animation was smooth as you've stated, but to slow. When the shovel touched the sand and it just disappeared, I too thought it was strange.
Be honest is that how you see people dig? What helps me if I act out what I'm going to animate, that way you can get natural movement, and how much force needs to be applied...
