As far as I know, "The Hub" is a broadcasting channel, i.e., the signal comes from an antenna through the air. Whether or not there's a signal in Hawaii is a different matter.

Pretty sure The Hub is cable and satellite only. Kind of a bother since I don't have money for either.

"The Hub" channel only comes on cable in my area.
So no MLP or other hasbro shows unless it's on Hulu/YouTube.
In other news, I gave up trying to understand brony-dom.
There is some really, REALLY weird stuff out there on the interwebs concerning bronies.
Yeah, the weird stuff that comes up around MLP: FiM is stuff that generally comes up around any fandom (Pokémon and Sonic were notably tainted by 4chan and rule 34). The brony community is certainly much friendlier and more innocent than many online communities and the majority disagree with anything that goes too far against the show's charm. Just avoid anything labeled 'Grimdark', 'Shipping', 'Clopfic' or 'Cupcakes'.
In terms of understanding the phenomenon, maybe this article will help.
In other news, I found a compilation video of intros from all the MLP cartoons. Being as unbiased as possible, this is definitely the best generation. Some of the old cartoons are a bit weird, I mean this is like a suicide scene.

I've been converted.
I've now set up Equestria Radio in an app on my iPhone, so I can stram it constantly wherever I am.
I painted this pony a while back for the "We Love Fine" My Little Pony t-shirt design contest. I was a finalist, but I didn't win, hence my finally getting around to posting this:
Wow, at that resolution you can see the brush strokes. I voted for you, but the winner was really cool (and I ordered it).

Also, only 10 days? I can't wait. Too bad I can't watch it on TV though, I guess I'll have to wait a bit more.
Yeah, I liked most of the winners pretty well. I'm not sure my design was all that ideal as a t-shirt, I was mostly just aiming to make a good piece of artwork of about the right proportions for a shirt. I did paint the whole thing with a tablet stroke by stroke, so there's quite a bit of fine detail that doesn't show up at lower resolution.

Too bad I can't watch it on TV though, I guess I'll have to wait a bit more.
Someone pointed out to me that all the episodes of season 2 are going to be livestreamed here. So you can still watch it on the date!
I don't know why, livestreamed sounds like "it will be a bit choppy". I'm fine with waiting, but thank's a lot for the link anyway, I'll check it out anyway.
Btw, the second runner up is probably my favourite one. They're all awesome, though.
They should also be uploaded to "The Hub"'s website a day (no more than a week) after the episode airs.
Going to be hosting a MLP marathon the day before the second season starts with some friends. They claim to be bronies, but they've only seen Party of One.
Going to be pretty awesome.
