I like the 3D background idea.

For the animation, we could do something along the lines of just rebuilding the ponies over and over to match the original video through rotoscoping or something.

The pixel art idea character idea sounds fantastic. I think if it were organized properly, it could make for an interesting miniature community project.

Went to Target today, found that they had an exclusive MLP dvd of all of the Grand Galloping Gala episodes. (The Ticket Master, Suited for Success and The Best Night Ever)

Almost bought it, but because I was under pressure because my family was in a hurry to leave so I got a Grand Galloping Gala Fluttershy and a Harry Potter LEGO set. (what was I thinking) Fluttershy is animatable because her legs and head can move around, so I'll for sure be doing some tests with that.

She has a saddle and tiara that go on her, but I took it off. mini/tongue Not sure what to do about those sparkly strands of hair, though. Also, one of the only downsides is that her wings light up, but that's fine by me.

You know what would be more of a shame? If The Day Brickfilms.com Crashed was the last community project to ever be completed. I understand your disappointment though, it was just meant to be between me and JK (maybe one more). The MLP community project will not be happening!
