The end could have been better, but overall great movie. I'd definitely recommend it.

I loved that movie.

Harry Potter VI

IMO the best Harry Potter, just because they made space for other things than action and magic. Love and Drugs (yes people, Ron seems to be HIGH when he has drunk that love potion, trust me, I know how that looks like).

I Am Legend

I'm mixed. It was a pretty good film, but the CGI kind of distracted me, and the Alternate Ending was awful. And I was kind of annoyed that Shrek made it into the film, but that's just a pet peeve for me.

Sit in the front row of a theater playing TDK. Two-thirds of the way through, look behind you. I swear, it's like the Great Depression. Everyone sits there, eyes half closed, blank stares on their faces, thinking "When is this stinkin' thing gonna end?"

"And why is that clown dude so grumpy?"

"Infection" and "Not On Your Life"
I don't know if they count as movies, as they were the short-films we made in camp.

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

Galaxy Quest.
This is an awesome film. Seriously, one of my favorite films. It's lighthearted and campy while at the same time keeping some drama to tie the film together. I'm not even a huge Star Trek fan and I like the way they added small details like Guy's fear of being "the one that doesn't come back", because he wasn't a regular cast member on the show. All the actors do exceedingly well. I enjoy this kind of comedy; cheesy, satirical, doesn't take itself too seriously, and yet still manages to put forth a good message and keep you entertained without it feeling like the jokes are forced.
I also appreciate that the child heroes are simple nerds who don't really do anything that would seem out of their expertise. There isn't much more that bugs me in a film than watching the merciless, murderous "bad guys" get beaten up in a cute way by the innocent kid stars. Luckily, this film for the most part avoids that, only getting close toward the end when inexperienced crew battles the soldiers and wins (although to be fair the soldiers were only a border party, so they should have been outnumbered quite well)].
Overall, it's just one of my favorite films, and a treat every time I watch it.

Oh if you think that's epic, just wait until you see The Two Towers and Return of the King.

Definitely a huge film. It's impressive, but for some reason some of the sad parts are funny to me.

I have no idea - maybe it's just that some of the actors didn't really connect with me or something, but there were a couple of parts, like as the hobbits are screaming when Boromir falls and they are carried off, that just struck me as absurd. Perhaps I was just in a weird mood.
