Here is my entry I made over the weekend: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2r4RD sp=sharing
I have the rare occasion of not actually filming any films today, so I did this little animation;

Took me a whole 20 minutes to complete.
Started working on the challenge, should have it finished by this weekend! Everyone else's looks great!
Do you think my fight scene was ok? I am a first timer on super hero fighting.
Well, I could critique on things like the light flicker, but seeing as this challenge isn't really about that particular issue, I won't. Considering that you are new to superhero fighting, I think you executed it pretty well. I think your choice of characters was good, because I really like the Doc Ock arm movement in your film, that was my personal favourite feature in the film. All in all, this was a good animation. May the best brickfilmer win
Thanks, you too.
Yeah I thought it was pretty good too, I would say the main problem I had with it was light flicker, but like he said this about the fight not the light flicker. The animation was a little choppy but the fight was pretty cool, I just would like to have seen Spiderman hit him a few more times. I really liked how he kicked him and then did a flip of it. All in all it was pretty good and very cool.
Part of the reason it was choppy was doc ock's arms have pretty limited poses. (I animate at 15fps)
Anyway William, your animation was really cool. I liked the punching and the kicking that were mixed together. Great job.
It's not much but probably all the time I can collect right now to do this.
Here is my entry. I decided not to make a superhero fight, for no particular reason. I am not super happy with how it turned out, because it never really looks like the fighters are actually hitting each other; I should have shot the scene at an angle instead of straight on. Anyway, it was fun to make and good practice.
My entry will be coming soon!(well, by soon I mean before the deadline.)
So... Double Post due to my entry entering:

Watch and likely!
That was really good, CookedCat. While the car accident was slightly confusing, I can completely understand as this was just for an animation challenge, so I am surprised and glad you included more story into the short video. I loved the style of the fight. The Flash has a specific fighting style which you seemed to capture naturally in your animation and the shot of him being thrown into the pillar was superb, especially with the pieces of the pillar breaking off.
Great job cooked cat! I really liked the flow of this animation.
thank you. I was a little concerned about the car crash. the reason in the (seemingly)MASSIVE delay in the crashing would be due to some of the fight being at super speed. the ambient sound changes when it is at normal and non normal speeds....
just unsure if it was confusing due to that....
Heres's my entry:

Didn't get to finish it all the way, didn't get to put any SFX and not much VFX but I'll upload the finished version soon. Anyway, i hope you enjoy and let me know what you think.
