Just a comment here that Omoviemaker is an enthusiastic novice looking for constructive feedback. Thanks for taking the time to watch ![]()
You've got all the right ideas going. You're trying to make smooth movements by taking more pictures than most beginners do and you're using sound effects and decently recorded voice acting and the audio levels are mixed appropriately.
I've got a couple suggestions though.
Secure your set so it doesn't move when you animate.
Use a light source that provides a consistent light source so you don't have light flicker (you may or may not be able to adjust the settings on your camera as well to fix this)
Lastly, try setting your camera lower and closer up to the characters and action. There's also a lot of framing that you can do to help tell a story just with how characters are staged onscreen.
I look forward to your next animation!
I agree with nswihart- this is a great first brickfilm, and I am sure you will improve rapidly.
I would only like to add that it might look better if you increase the frame rate slightly.
Anyway, keep up the good work!
thx for the feedback!
a new film will soon be uploaded
