The alley looks great Galactic.
I love the jumble of bricks of all different types. The color choices are good, and the little bit of snow is just perfect. Not too much, so that it overpowers the building, but just enough to show it's a snowy environment.
The only issue is that it's a bit small, limiting the camera angles you can use. BUT, get creative enough, or destroy/rebuild different walls, and that shouldn't be too restricting.
I have to agree about Atlantis, the set ends too abruptly, and the background doesn't seem like "Middle of undersea city" but rather "mostly open ocean." Also, it'd be cool to have mini-models in the background for the city and its buildings rather than some drawing. I love the glowing floor, but the wiggly with studs just doesn't look right. I know tiles are a pain to animate on, but doing what you did on the sides would look great.
Also, OCD alert, but the tridents aren't all turned at the same angle. The ones on the right look better, and the ones on the left should have more of the flat side facing us.
