I am going to try to enter, but honestly, I'm just glad BIM is doing this .
Hmm, I only go back to England on the 2nd of September, but I'll see if I can whip something up.
This competition, uni animation project, or Fancy Pants competition. What to prioritise........
I'm SO in! Best of luck to everyone! BTW, can we start? I didn't notice anywhere if it said that.
YES! You can start now!
This is an awesome idea! A great way to showcase the excellent works of popular brickfilmers, as well as all those following closely behind. I shall be entering this.

No, so focus on making your entry the best it can be! This rule is necessary because we need to make sure we have enough space on the DVD for all of the entries.
I have to chose between two ideas.
At least I got a lot of ideas last night (when I was trying to go to sleep ).
Celebrate good times c'mon!
I really want to enter, but so far I'm having trouble coming up with a clever interpretation of the theme.

Don't be discouraged. The theme is a celebration of the art of brickfilming; a showcase of colorful variety and imagination. Try something new, original, fun. Just remember the 30 second time limit and to keep it G or PG rated.
Perhaps a good example are the Pixar Shorts. Just fun, random and entertaining short films. Now go and do!
Well, I'm going to be away next week so that takes off seven days of work. I guess I will try to make something if I work up enough motivation by the end of the month.
If I can't I'm still excited for the documentary! Brickfilming is a great topic as it has had time to develop over the past decade. Good luck on it!
This sounds like fun, and 30 seconds isn't too long. Having said that, I don't have any good ideas. And I'll also be gone for two weeks, so I won't be able to animate anything in that time.
Couple of ideas as of yet, but not much substance to them.
I've got an idea! Finished draft 1 of the script and completed my mood boards and sketches!
I just noticed Vandy is in on this project, that's really cool.
Sweet. I love making shorts!
