Apparently my editing program is not professional enough. It doesn't show the exact time. I'll be fine. I have to go with no titles though because my single-shot film is just that long.

How do i get a scanner?
You buy one. You can find them at most office supply stores.
Ok Thanks! How much does it cost? Never mind, I have too many questions!

Quite tempting.
I will hopefully begin, or rather, continue with the animation next week.
So what do I put in the email I send and what do I put in the PM? Why would I do a PM if I could just send an email?

You email them the jpeg or pdf copy of the signed release form, and pm them the youtube or vimeo link of your entry.
Submitted my entry.
