Doesn't matter. It's like any risk: 99 times things go smoothly, but hell can break loose on the 100th. I did a Bionicle series once that was five parts and used music from The Matrix Trilogy, Star Wars and the actual Bionicle movies. Part 1 got a 3rd party claim, part 2 was left alone, parts 3 and 4 were muted, and part 5 got a 3rd party claim. See what I mean?
Besides, the more 3rd party claims you get, I think you can run the risk of getting one of those red marks on your account.

That. There are plenty of remixes out there; I'm sure someone on YouTube will let you use theirs as long as you properly credit them for it.
Trust me, using copyrighted music is a mess. If you start getting into the habit of not using copyrighted material, it'll make your life simpler in the long run. I never look back.
I hope you don't feel like I'm putting a downer on your film. I'm actually really quite interested to see the end product; you've got a lot of interesting frames so far, from what you've put here and in other threads.
