Love the animation of this, and the music gives a sort of whimsical silent film thing. One question, why was the groove bricks logo in front?
I think you copied the description into the link area, since that isn't leading me anywhere near Youtube. ![]()
It's a well-made and interesting short, but the story is just a bit random, and seems to be there just to get a reaction.
The grunting got a bit old, so adding a few other sounds would have been nice.
I like the way you did the waves on the sea, but the wide shots could have used something like that to convey a sense of motion. Something about the fall looked off, almost like it was live-action. The after-credits scene could have used something else... (Perhaps a shark, or dolphin, or at least something else in the water.])
It was short, (But just long enough for me to burn the pancake that I was making.) and sweet. The music fit the tone, and the animation was pretty nice.
Good job, keep it up me matey.
Pirates are by far the best characters. There can never be enough Pirates.
I honestly wish this was longer, as your technical skills are excellent - but sadly the plot wasn't up to much. But its only a short, I guess...
The link isn't working for me.
Is it working for others? Or is it on my end?

Excellent animaton: Very smooth and pure. But you didn't animate much of action here. I would except more action for brickfilm called pirates.
Like when you put those texts: "30 min later" etc. maybe you would animate it. But next time then.
