I approve also- I would like for the team to keep it.
Also, a big question- will this project be open source? What are your guys' thoughts?
Open source? I think it will be free, won't it? If not, then making it open source really doesn't make much sense. Also, open source allows for other people to do cool things, like they do with blender. I think that'd be really cool
All right- just wanted to make sure- it would expand greatly if it was; i was just wonderin if you programmers would part with the beloved source. ![]()
I will make and host the website for the software. Once I become less busy in about a month I will get back to work on this project.
As leader, I would like to have the privilege of hosting the domain- would you mind, AquaMorph?

Not at all. Do you have hosting already?

Yes.
I could help with the website.
I appreciate your offer, but repellingspider and I were already working on it.

Wait really? I thought you were working on the blog
Oh yes- you were too- we gotta work out the hosting/domain/website think, ya know?
Wait, let me get this correct; me and repellingspider are on blog duty, and you're on website design. Oh, I feel stupid. ![]()
Y'know, if somebody can make a short script (maybe the creators talking a bit about how it came to be) I could make a promotional brickfilm (with the software, once it's available.) I'd love to support this project. If you guys think it's cool, just notify me a week or two in advance and I'll have it done! It could possibly be put on the front page of the website, as some thing that shows the prowess of the freeware.
EDIT: I have screen capture software (FRAPS) so I could also maybe incorporate actual footage of the program in the brickfilm. I am also available as a backup graphic designer if you need one (if Gopher can't make it or if something goes wrong). Just tell me what style or color schemes you need and I'll be on the job!

I just discovered this thread... So that's what that biscuit icon was for, huh? ![]()
I'll need to keep an eye on this thread; I use Helium Frog, and although it can do a lot, it's really ugly and sometimes crashes, along with other issues.
I know there's a billion already, but in case there is need for additional graphics design, I might be able to help. It'll be a bit before I can do anything, though, as my sister's wedding is coming up and I'm working on designing stuff for that. ![]()
EDIT: Looks like I'm quite a bit late here... Not sure if there is still need for any graphical work. Is there a place where I could look at what's done on the program so far?
ThunderFilm Studios - I think we're good on graphic desgners, but do you know how to code?
Eh... Well... No.
I've tried to learn it kinda before, but I never really learned much, if anything.
