I can work on graphics, I will be buying a Wacom tablet soon.
@John - Yes, you're the John I was referring to haha
On the graphic design side of things, we've got to nail a few things down. First of all, are we going to start out with a very basic interface design for the initial launch? I don't think we should get too complicated really, and not just because it'll mean less work. I think it'll look better to have a more minimlistic appearance. Also, we'll need to try to keep things close to the style and color scheme of the Biscuit logo. I can create some standards and guides for the designers to follow perhaps to point the design in the correct direction (as far as meshing well with the logo).
I think it's about time we set up a separate thread in this forum for the design aspect of Biscuit. Do I have approval to create one? (I don't wanna jump in and hurt anyone's feelings by taking an assignment someone else already had or something)
@Keesret - You could give it a whirl, but you may have to adapt the icon a bit to match the style of the logo a bit closer. Below is the final logo that could give ideas on the style and color scheme.

Question 1: Basic design will be up to you guys, but I think that is the way most software is going (simplistic) so I think that would be good.
Question 2: I'm not stopping you from creating a new thread, but you may want CyberCom's approval.
If you do create a new thread for design, there should be a checklist of things we need to design. Also, it might be nice if we could get some high-res .pngs of the biscuit logo for use in the splash and other stuffs.
Yes, I do believe another thread for graphics is in order. In other news I got my bamboo splash today, still getting used to it though.
I have a quick brainstorm on the splash screen HERE.
I have a question... It's probably been answered before, but... Is Biscuit going to be just for brickfilmers, or any type of stop-motion animator? Because if it's primarily for brickfilmers, I think it would be nice to have LEGO bricks incorporated into the design somehow.
Well, it being aimed at all animators is the main reason we didn't pick brickfilmr for a name. But yes, I agree. I think eventually it would be cool if the website had a plugin library. Maybe there could be a plugin that optimizes it for Lego. Maybe a customizable background library also?

I agree; we should be aiming for a minimalistic design overall. Is there any way we can get a look at the program's current layout?
Minimalism is the current design trend, and I think it's probably the best option for the program.
What does Biscuit stand for?
It doesn't stand for nothing. It's a neat term I believe topitmunkey thought up. (correct me if im wrong.)

Carousel thought of the name, it was/is an acronym for "Bricks in Motion Image Sequencing and Capture Unit Initiative."
Well, If everyone agrees, I think I might proceed to make a separate thread for the designer types, so we're out of the coders hair. Do we all agree?
