I have to say, I was kinda skeptical when this was first announced, but I'm actually really impressed by the amount of progress that's happened these past few months with all you guys. I might have to give it a try soon. ![]()
So are we having the glare on the eyes? I thought we settled upon not having it?
I like the glare.
I do not.
I'll leave it up to popular decision. If you need higher resolution versions of the logo, give me the dimensions and I'll make them.
On the interface side, if this is in fact the logo that you'll be using, you'll want to design the interface around it. I don't have a huge amount of time to invest in interface design, especially as I've never done so before. One thing I'd recommend though: don't go heavy on the design aspect of the software itself. Keep it simple to start with. No need to have a super interesting design or anything. Take a look at a lot of software out on the market today. A lot of it is just solid colors and borders. Perhaps it would be best to implement the logo and be sparse on the interface for now. Focus on getting the software working, tested, and launched. Perhaps in a future release it could have a more complex and custom design. Just my 2 cents on the issue. ![]()

Two "sense" taken, RP. That is true- future revisions can get all "fancy"- but I think we should look at the sleek, simple trend of modern era. That's what works, what everyone's looking for, and etcetera.
@electricvoltstudios- tutorials would be greatly appreciated. ![]()
When you talk about the interface color scheme, is the image in your signature an example?
On another note, the logo/icon doesn't have the same color scheme as the interface (dark and light gray shades)....
I thought that only interface concepts/ideas had been presented. Not a final product or design yet. Anyways, the fill colors could always be adjusted to match with the design scheme of the logo.

Yes, although it's a very minimal example

They had been presented; and if you took a quick peek, it was mostly gray, was it not? I'm just suggesting that we may have to update the logo's color scheme, but if you folks like it the way it is, then that's alright with me. Of course, the actual biscuit in the logo would stay the same color ![]()
