Re: Frame from Your Upcoming Film

The frame itself (shot and detail of the sets) is quite amazing! I find that face weird though.

Re: Frame from Your Upcoming Film

Well, nobody posted in here for a week so I thought I'd revive this mini/lol

Here is the frame from "Police Chase" the W.I.P. brickfilm which is set to be released on February the 1st.

Cool, that is an interesting angle. I like it. And the face, strange.

Here's a frame from my upcoming film "Batman Instant Freeze"

Re: Frame from Your Upcoming Film

I'm cheating because this frame is not from my upcoming film. It's just an experiment in lighting and camera settings.

@BrickCorp45
Oh, I like the ice cream factory! mini/lol Apart from that the frame is a little bland but still good.

@Jargon
Wow, love the set and lighting!
Very good frame. mini/smile

Re: Frame from Your Upcoming Film

@BrickCorp45 looks very nice, I luv it!

Re: Frame from Your Upcoming Film

@Jargon - Interesting lighting! I'd like to see a new brickfilm from you.
@Larry - Good composition. I would have tiled off those two studs that are shown to give it a cleaner look though. I wonder who he is talking to??

Here is a quick teaser frame from a new film I'm beginning to work on. It's going to have a scene inside a car, so I made this little set. Tell me what you all think. Does it look good for the inside of a car??

Re: Frame from Your Upcoming Film

I do like the way it looks.
However, It looks more like he's riding a go cart inside a building.

YES.

@RepellingSpider I'm going to have to agree. I saw and assumed they had parked their convertible mini/wink  outside a lit up building.

@Jargon Nice frame! Really like it.

Another date with Julie? Well, I really like the frame, but Squid is right, it looks liker you're driving a condominium to go get gas. mini/lol

Re: Frame from Your Upcoming Film

Haha thanks for the feedback so quickly everyone! I'm probably gonna tweak a few things with the car set, but I think it'll be more obvious what's happening when you see it animated and when its juxtaposed along with exterior shots on the road. If I cut from an exterior shot to something like this I'm sure it'll look much more like their inside a car. (there will be stuff they are driving by which can be seen outside the car windows.

Edit: Watch this animated test shot and let me know if it makes it more believable. Keep in mind the things I mentioned above. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q42K81yu … e=youtu.be

Re: Frame from Your Upcoming Film

yeah, makes it easy. good job.

Re: Frame from Your Upcoming Film

The test shot helps, but I'm with the others.

It looks more like he's riding a go cart inside a building.

And I might add that said building now appears to also be on wheels,  all of which sounds like something from a
Popular Science article.

EDIT: Something along the line of this.
