is that CGI or not? that is AWESOME!
No CGI bar some minor colour correction.
thats awesome man. makes me look stupid with my frames..... ![]()
It does look like CGI (but very real). Amazing frame, not much going on but from what I see it's great.
I really love the detail here, Sean, the colours on the wall and the trim particularly. I like how you've used an upside-down tile on the frame for the elevator. The lighting is also pretty cool.
I'm guessing that this is from the film you were updating a bunch on twitter yesterday, and that decoration is the one with the real leaves.
Correct. And thanks!
Wow, everything looks so clean and polished. That's a really great frame.

@Sean Wow, looks really good! Like Jstudios, I love the polished look it gives. The real plant is also something original you don't see everyday. My attention especially goes to the lighting, which really is superb. Maybe designing a lift button and adding it on to the smooth 2x1 would look nice. How did you manage the upside down tile by the way? Sticky tack? Can't wait to see the film!
Finally here's one of my frames. What do you think (Colors are still WIP)?

Hm. What's the setting for the frame? I dig the pattern in the background, but it feels a bit plain. Perhaps playing with the lighting would help some.
In that case, the sparseness makes perfect sense. No visible sky?
DId you like print out a wallpaper?
Also I know this is a bit impossible but for shots where the dude is inside it might look better with floor tiles... Walk cycles would be impossible but if he's just standing there it might look nice.
If it's inside I think some more interesting lighting would be nice. But still, I'll reserve judgement 'till I see it in action!
even something as simple as cutting some holes in a piece of card and putting it between the light and the set can produce interesting results.
