Re: YouTube

Jeez, my videos are definitely dropping views. 200 views a day to maybe 100 a week.

Re: YouTube

Not terribly many people go back and watch old videos, usually (unless I'm mistaken) 1 youtube account that watches your video only counts as 1...

Re: YouTube

Doh! YouTube's taking away subscribers and accounts again! I had 42 subscribers on Friday, and now I only have 39. This needs to stop! mini/eek

Have you seen a big-chinned boy?

Re: YouTube

They're not just 'taking away' subscribers... they're removing inactive accounts that would not benefit you anyway...

Re: YouTube

I don't know about that, Rsteen. A lot of people are reporting active accounts being removed.

Re: YouTube

Yeah, it's something I'm enthused about in concept, but in practice I'm a bit concerned. It also doesn't help that a lot of the complainers are acting like huge prima donnas about it.

Re: YouTube

Is anyone else experiencing that the Adsense money they earn is increasing rapidly? Mine went from 1 cent a day to 20 a day in one day and it's still that way after a week. I checked my views but they're still almost the same.

Re: YouTube

@Keesret That's Happening to me to i had one cent a day then the next day 33 cents a day and yes they are still the same probably they clicked the ads or something i'm not to sure? mini/confused

Re: YouTube

Yes, my earnings went up lately. Not nearly as good as last fall though.

Re: YouTube

I created a YouTube account and uploaded a video I made for school.  But it derped up and there's a pixelated, colored bar in the middle!
I think it might have to do with that the video file is compressed.  I tried exporting it as uncompressed out of Lightworks, but it split the image horizontally.

Anypony Anybody know if this can be fixed?

Re: YouTube

What format do you upload in? Also Youtube is currently derping hardcore with videos, so that might be your problem right there.

Re: YouTube

As I said before, I uploaded my "Apocalypse" series episode in Full HD yet after more than 3 weeks the best option to watch it in is still 360p. So yes youtube messes up the videos and the quality lately.

Re: YouTube

I've lost about 600 subscribers over the past few months, maybe you guys are right.

AVI.

Well, it's good to know the problem isn't on my end.

I thought it could've been because I was watching some videos on YouTube while it was uploading (yes, pony-related ones), but it looks like that wasn't it.

Re: YouTube

I now have access to create a Store tab on my channel's page. This was only available to Partners and now that I'm a "New" Partner I'm wondering if all of the other "New" Partners have this as well. It's pretty cool. mini/smile

I don't, but that's probably the thing with new partners. You unlock more the bigger your channel gets! Also where did it pop up?

The big question is: What do you have to sell? mini/smile

So yeah, I'm back from my mind.

Exactly. Like, I've seen some Brickfilmers who have created t-shirts and stuff and have an online store, but do people seriously want to buy that stuff? I probably won't find any use for the store tab unless I gain a lot more subscribers.

Now for 15 bucks, novelty Spider T-shirts. Buy now and get a free mug of your choice or a signature of the man himself!

Re: YouTube

The store feature is pretty cool but you're right it's kinda useless. I know guys like FF101 definitely sell some stuff but come on he has a lot of subscribers, I for example have just over 2000 subscribers so the most T-Shirts I could sell is probably 2 mini/bigsmile
