I mean something like a short one to two minute skit that is enjoyable to watch.
You should do some Three Stooges style slapstick humor if that's how you roll. Of course don't go and invent another dynamic duo, maybe come up with something else maybe Mr. Bean-esque humor or something.
EDIT: Also I was just reminded of this guy. He makes that sort of brickfilm that I am supposing you have in mind.

Speaking of dynamic duos, I think we've steered clear of them long enough. As long as they're not two twenty-something year old guys who sit at home and discuss pop culture, and one of them is sensible and the other is silly. (Admittedly there have been some good ones like that, like Steve and Dave, Ben and Andy, Mike and Geoff, etc, though they kind of started the trend, while also doing it well).
I think we need some original dynamic duos.

I had the idea about two years ago of a dynamic duo who every episode take entheogens and then have an insane psychedlic adventure. Never got around to working it out, though.

Free short script if anyone wants it. Wrote it really quickly when I got the idea before realising that I'll probably never get around to animating it, so if anyone's interested just go for it. Though you might want to call dibs so that more than one person doesn't make it. Not that I have that much faith in it.
Anyway, voila:

INT. INTERROGATION ROOM
Your average interrogation room. We view the scene through the eyes of the accused.
TWO INVESTIGATORS walk in, one young and one old. DETECTIVE 1, the older one, leans by the wall while DETECTIVE 2, the younger one, sits down in front of us holding pieces of paper.
DETECTIVE 2
There’s no way you’re getting out of this one buddy. Definitely prison for you. We found your little sweat shop up north, plus we can pin countless instances of breaking and entering on ya, and to top it all off, those letters you’ve got in your room from all the kids? While there’s nothing conclusive about them, they sure don’t paint you in a good light. Especially to a jury. So, what’ve you got to say?
SWISH PAN to the accused. It’s SANTA CLAUS.

Well you’re going on my !@#$ naughty list.

Lol! That's pretty funny! Me gusta! I don't have my animating stuff with me though so I can't do that...
Here's a really odd story that's sort of based on real life that I am going to animate so nobody steal it please.
So there's this guy, and his friend is a brony, and his friend shows him an episode of My Little Pony, and then he starts hallucinating and seeing ponies everywhere. And then the unicorns try to gore him with their horns. Kind of like this, but formatted like a cheesy old B-Movie horror film.
Please nobody steal that, I already got a bunch of ponies and I am going to commence filming rather soon. Fun.
Woah, Danimation, that's impressive. I really like that story. In fact, I like it so much that I went back in time and created it myself. It's not the same, I know, but it's an almost identical concept. Admittedly, your script is far better too.

Haha! It is a lot diffrent then yours! But if you dont want me to I wont....
Same story, different words. It doesn't really bother me if you use it though; to be honest, someone else would have made a better job of it than I did.
Im thinking of making an enviromentaly friendly spy, so Smart Car instead of Big sports car, stops to pick up litter etc
Some opinions may help 
That idea could be combined and altered so that it's a very socially awkward spy and that allows for even more comedy.
he should have O.C.D... like he would clean his nabers yard because he would think it makes his yard look bad and hes a FREAK about his yard!
