Oh. My. God. I'm seriously looking forward to this, but if they kill the ideals and essence the is the muppets in making it, I am going to be freaking ANGRY.

Okay, wow... that is actually looking pretty good.
I just hope they don't mess it up, they could, but this actually seems relatively good. I'm glad that they all look the way they used to. I'm definitely going to watch The Muppets.

I really like how it had the Munumanah song (or how ever you spell that), it was the first song they ever had in the Muppet show. xD

I love the Muppets, and I hope the movie isn't bad. I will definitely watch it.

Same. Plus Bret McKenzie from Flight of the Conchords is doing the music, and there's a Danny Trejo cameo. Should be good.

Also, they're making a prequel to John Carpenter's The Thing. I'm actually OK with this, surprisingly. It's about the ~~Swedish~~ Norwegian crew that discovered the alien, could be quite good.

If it's a prequel it might be interesting, though it can't possibly surpass Carpenter's the Thing.

The two producers (Marc Abraham and Eric Newman, the guys who produced the Dawn of the Dead remake) said that remaking The Thing would be like "painting a mustache on the Mona Lisa". It looks like it'll be one of those films that was made with passion for the original material rather than just for the money.

It would be awesome if they got Rob Bottin to do the special effects, ~~although they'll probably just go with CGI~~.
EDIT: They're going with practical effects! Hooray!
