Topic: Dream Discussion Thread

Well, now that the Coffe--Community Forum is here, I decided one of my old favourites when it comes to threads. The dream thread, quite a while back it was actually pretty popular but it died down. So since there are much more new members I've decided to resurrect it for the enjoyment of many. So discuss you're most wildest dreams and nightmares. (NOT EXPLICIT) Yeah, basically just when you wake up in the morning and type your dream. Have fun you guys.

Re: Dream Discussion Thread

My dreams don't make sense in any possible way.

Re: Dream Discussion Thread

My friend had a dream where a walrus sat in a white expanse for two minutes then turned into a rubber boy which continued for three minutes.

Re: Dream Discussion Thread

You only dream for about 10 minutes really, right before you wake up!
One time I had a dream, where I was in this big house, and all of the sudden an alien pops out in front of me and scares me I run away but it follows me, and for some reason I run up to the roof of the really big house I was in, and I keep running and I fall off the edge...
I have very bad dreams....

Re: Dream Discussion Thread

Oh really? I have a dream where man dressed in all black and a white faceplate with two large black circles for eyes and a thin slit for amouth keeps chasing me through fog. Yeah. mini/eek

Re: Dream Discussion Thread

I had a dream once where I was in the family car, and I was about 2000 feet above my home town falling in the car, and then when the car reached the ground, I woke up with a jolt.

Re: Dream Discussion Thread

I had a dream last night, where I was in some sort of Tim Burton school, and at the end of my dream I meet Christopher Walken, and he talked really weirdly to me, he talked very silent, like, I barely I could understand him, he was talking about Tim Burton I think. And some people I know personly where there to...

Re: Dream Discussion Thread

My dreams tend to be really long and kind of ominous and depressing. Nothing intense happens, it's just all really mundane and oppressing.

Re: Dream Discussion Thread

My dreams are... Odd. To say the least

Re: Dream Discussion Thread

My oddest dream to date involved Willy Wonka piloting a spaceship where he was also creating a gallery of monsters that he created, and a huge battle on that spaceship where everyone had to battle their own clones. At the end of the dream it was revealed that I had captured the whole thing on tape.

There was also another one where some psychopathic killer was running around beheading people with one of those metal fold-up chairs, but that's pretty much all I can remember about that one.

Re: Dream Discussion Thread

The only one I can remember is one where I went to the park at night-time. I was with a lady who I don't know but in the dream she was a friend. I had a plastic plate with bits of carrot and cucumber on. There was a llama in the park so I held the plate out to the llama and it started eating. Suddenly is bit my wrist and clenched really hard. Then it transformed into an orang-utang, which was squeezing really hard on my wrist. Then it transformed into a bird (a crane or stork) and flew off with me. I tried screaming for help but I can't talk properly in dreams, I can only whisper and that makes me really frustrated. Meanwhile, the lady I was with just looked on.

I had this same dream about three times in one night. Oddly, it was in third person, but I normally dream in first person. I've heard of people dreaming in third person. Is it the norm for many of you?

Re: Dream Discussion Thread

Oh yeah one more thing, I can sometimes see the future in my dreams.
This very rarely ever happens anymore, but when I was younger like 6-8 years old, sometimes when my mom would leave for work, I would go say good-bye to her, but on the way to our living room everything would be all deja-vu-ish, I would know what everybody was going to say, stuff like that.
It is really strange.

EDIT: I sometimes dream in 3rd-person it's strange really.
The only time I can remember 3rd-peron dreaming was when I was concious while dreaming, it was a normal dream but it was like I actually had some control, and I felt really really REALLY tired while doing this...

Re: Dream Discussion Thread

The BEST dream that I can think of that I've ever had was a bunny playing the piano. I know that I have had better dreams, but I can't think of them.

I do not care about your opinion, unless it has to do with it needing more ponies.

Re: Dream Discussion Thread

I don't like my dreams, they give me hallucinations and I end up screaming for 30 minutes straight while my parents try to wake me up.
