Good stick to the first one and try and make it the same speed as your walk cycle.

you need like... 1 frame no movement, 2 frames 1/16, 3 frames 1/8, 4 frames 3/16, etc.

not just one of each.

Yeah, it would look better with some easing in/out.

Sorry to sound like a noob, but what do you mean by 1/16, 1/8 etc. Is it something american?

on his youtube video he posted that the first from was 1/16th of an inch, then the second was 1/8 of an inch, etc.
