Yeah, it's a great tutorial. I recommend reading it.

Okay, I have officially blown my mind.

This is a desktop image I give you guys permission to use.
I officially feel illegitimate compared to you!
Then this may suprise you, just made.

I like the first very much, as well as the second. The roses should be placed more to the right though. The last one was very well done, though the fist just looks like a picture that was cropped to the shape of the fist. I also wanted the fist to actually come out from the bushes and trees, not just 'fade in' I guess you could say. But bravo, you're deffinately the best out of all of us.
RealBrick, give me something you think would be difficult to do and would be a challenge to me. I want to do something challenging, but can't quite think of something.
Okay, try one of these.
a small land or contident in the interior or a convertible
a face on the hood of a car
a house ripped from the ground, hurtling in the air
a Biplane flying our of a television or computer
money bullets from a submachine gun
How are you guuys making this?! This is AMAZING!!1!!one!!
Practice
I like to look at tutorials, that way I not only know how to make what the tutorial is showing you how to make, but also I know what the tools that they use in the tutorial do.
Does any1 know how to rotate those brushes??? btw... nice one real brick!
I did some more work on Earth. I added atmosphere to it, and added texture to the water. But around the edges of the outer atmosphere it's a little awkward.
I find the one cloud to the right a bit too thick
Hmmm much better, but I think the cloud on the right needs more cloud texture. Clouds not only have texture on the bottom, bet they do as well as on the top. Seaforce, I just make a layer for the brush I want to rotate it. Then I rotate the whole layer.
Thanks! I'll try to work on the clouds a little more. It seems as though the clouds are the only thing that aren't as good as they should be, or are there more flaws that I can fix?
Hmmm I would suggest doing a quick blur on the star background, and try getting rid of the white pixels on the top right corner of the planet.
Yeah, I kind of messed up on the atmosphere. I might just have to start from scratch, do the atmosphere and the shadow mask the right way, and copy the land layers, ocean layers, etc. onto the image.
EDIT: It may not of been clear why I started talking about the atmosphere. Well the atmosphere is (a)messed up and (b)causes those white pixels.
Nice UniLego. I agree with you about tutorials. I think if you make something really amazing, yet you made it by following a tutorial, it shows no skill, originality, or creativity.
