I'm thinking of getting Lost Planet 2, Alien Vs. Predator, and BioShock 2. Oh! And Halo Reach.

MW1's Singleplayer is better then MW2, but MW2's Multiplayer is better then MW1.

As a real response to your question, as a fun single and multiplayer game: Little Big Planet would be a great choice.
As a 360 owner, I would like to say...
PS3 ftw.
Why?
Because the PS3 has 16 cores while the xbox has 3
PS3 uses Nvidia graphics while xbox uses Ati
PS3 comes with wireless and a HDD, these things must be bought for the 360 at Frediculous prices
PS3 WILL be getting 3D polarized via a simple firmware update, 360 will never get such awesomeness
PS3 has MAG, 360 and I quote from the makers of MAG "simply isn't powerful enough"
In other word, I should have gotten the PS3. I don't have any regrets though because I grabbed my 360 nice and cheap.
There you have it, someone with an xbox reckons it is pwned by PS3.
I'll probably have a new opinion after Natal though, would be interesting to see what Sony does to combat that.
The reason why the 360 is doing better is because of better games. It has far more better exclusives, plus Live is better than PSN, despite the price. Sure there are things that Microsoft has done that will forever piss me off, but as long as I get to pwn nubs, I'm happy.
If the PS3 had Halo, what would the top console be?
