I'm new. What are FPS and how do you get them?
FPS is a deadly disease that is cause mainly by over-exposure to flourescent rays...

FPS is short for Frames Per Second and is basically how many pictures your audience sees every second. For good and smooth animation, 12 frames and up works best. 15 is a good frame rate to use though. I assume you use a frame capture program?
It stands for Frames Per Second. It's a setting in an animation program that controls how many frames (frames=pictures) are played in a second. 1 frame per second means that one frame lasts one second, 2 frames per second means one frame lasts half a second, and so on.
