Just kidding.
FPS is short for [b]F[/b]rames [b]P[/b]er [b]S[/b]econd and is basically how many pictures your audience sees every second. For good and smooth animation, 12 frames and up works best. 15 is a good frame rate to use though. I assume you use a frame capture program?]]></description>
