This is a thread to discuss all types of anime. I am sure I am not the only one on BiM that loves anime, so please feel free to post. You can talk about anything as long as it is anime related. I will start off 
I am currently watching Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood. I love basically anything that Hayao Miyazaki has directed. I just saw Summer Wars and I thought It was amazing. So please, share your thoughts:P

As you can tell by my sig, Im in love with One Piece. I watched all 450 episodes last year and it took me from Spring break to the end of summer to do so. Now I watch it on and off when a bunch of new episodes are lined up.
Hmm... I have never watched One Piece, but I have read the manga.

I'm sorry but that is by far the worst thing I have ever seen come out of MAD.
I got my first fix as a kid: Maya the Bee, Heidi, Pikorīno no Bōken, Barbapapa, Vicky the Viking, Captain Future, The Wonderful Adventures of Nils Holgersson, Saber Rider, Sailor Moon, Dragonball...
After wasting years of my childhood and youth in front of a tv I became older and started to watch more complex anime like Cowboy Bebop, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Akira, Ghost in the Shell, Tekkon Kinkret, Paprika, Jin-Roh, Tenshi no Tamago and of course all the Studio Ghibli stuff.
So if you want to talk about the iconography in Neon Genesis Evangelion, the female characters in the Miyazaki Hayao movies or the importance of Sailor Moon and Dragonball for the german Anime and Manga market, I'm your man
Well and I love the japanese for adaptations of german literature like "Franz Kafka: Ein Landarzt" (the japanese sound makes it even more kafkaesque)
