Hello, how can I reduce the light flickering using Final Cut Express? Is there a way, technique or trick to remove it?
i think there is a couple of options in the video category at the end of the list

The only way I'm aware of would be to do it manually using a color corrector and keyframes. Given how long that'll take you, the best option would probably be to reshoot. Incidentally, FCE does have a filter called "Flicker Filter," but it's not for light flicker removal and won't help at all--it's for removing flicker on text edges.
