8-15, people are going back to school the following two weeks.
Even for California, that seems early.
I go back the 24th, so the first two are good for me.
The one I can do is 21-28, I'm not gonna be home for another 2 or so weeks!
The farthest away from the start of the school year the better IMO.

You can change your vote by revoting, so if you voted for 15-21 but only one of the other two options could work for you, it'd be smart to change it to one of them, since there's basically no chance 15-21 will win at this point.
Also, please don't vote with multiple accounts. I can track this stuff and won't take kindly to it happening. 
This sounds good, I go back to school early September - except I can't do the first because my cousins are down that week.
I may also go to Wales for a bit, so I may leave the voting for a bit until I'm certain.
Personally, I don't care when it would be held because I can enter on all of those dates.

Actually the third date is best for me.
21-28 is ideal for me.
21-28 is around the time I go back to school, but I guess I can put off my attention towards school for animating plastic toys.

I wasn't going to vote as i don't care when it is. I dont start college until 18th September and even then i only go in for 3 and a half days a week. 
But as i don't really want it next week i voted 15th to 21th. Doesn't look like it will win anyway.
I don't like the way this poll is going.

I picked the latest date for convenience. I want to finish off what I'm working on now as well as assure that I have a good camera for the job.
It's looking likely that we'll end up with something later rather than sooner. I don't know that 8-15 is feasible anyway because I have yet to get prize details worked out.
I don't think this is ideal scheduling, but hopefully next year if we want to do this again it can be held at a more ideal time. (Would May or June be better?)
Is there a theme to this contest? Or do we just animate a film about whatever we want?
