There are a lot of non filmmakers that review movies. We all can't make Avatar due all the fancy CGI stuff but most of us have reviewed it, some negative, some positive.

Amateur animator, you maybe. Give criticism, you still can. Yes, mmm. Better than saying "OMG best brikfiml EVAR WTF, Y SO LAME?" maybe?
I may not know how to animate a fig brawl realistically like say MindGame or Nick Durron, but I can still give input and criticize it.
